Recommended Programs
We work in a PC environment and prefer files from the following programs.
All text should be converted to curves or outlines to avoid font conflicts.
CorelDRAW X3 or older and Adobe Illustrator CS3 or older

Recommended File Types
EPS (Vector with text as curve or outline), CDR, AI, DXF, PDF

Acceptable File Types

Additional Setup costs will be incurred
BMP, TIF, JPG, GIF, PCX

Process Ready Artwork
Artwork that is ready to print with no changes on a compatible disc or e-mail.

What is not artwork
Faxes, Business Card, Letterhead, Hat, Shirts, Patches, Napkins, etc. However, we can work with these items to create your artwork and we bill at $120.00 per hour for this service.

Hard Copy
It is very important that all e-mailed artwork is followed up with a fax copy to insure proper transfer of data. Fax 707-577-0180. If your job will be engraved of etched, then the art must be black and white with no gray scales. If your job will be printed in color, then a jpg should be e-mailed or a color print provided to insure proper color registration.

Colors
We use the standard PMS color system for color matching. While an exact color match is never guaranteed, we strive to make the colors match as close as possible.


When your order has been submitted and your artwork evaluated by the art department, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. At this time you may submit your artwork if not sent with order or instruct us as how to proceed with the image provided. Artwork must be a minimum of 300 DPI in a vector format to avoid additional charges. Some Tif files are OK. The quality of your finished products, are directly related to the artwork that you provide. Please make every effort to provide us with a high quality digital file. Artwork requiring additional work are subject to additional charges.
